Commemoration of members of the Dominican Family who have died
The local Dominicans friars and sisters in Melbourne gathered on Saturday 14 November to remember and pray for the deceased members of the Order buried at Box Hill cemetery. This annual ritual has become a sacred tradition on the calendar in November for many years.

Remembering our deceased sisters and brothers of the Order
In life they were associated with us
through friendship and charity.
As members of the Dominican family,
we commend them to your mercy
and beg you hold them now
in your loving embrace.
May their fidelity be a source
of inspiration and witness
as we preach the Gospel.
